The Travel Gurus CRM

Having worked with The Travel Gurus on a number of different projects, their business was growing so rapidly that they approached Nu Web to build them a fully customisable online customer relationship management system.

The CRM works as follows:

As site administrators, The Travel Gurus have full control over all aspects of the CRM and are able to constantly monitor the working practices of their employees that use the CRM to manage customers.

As site admin, The Travel Gurus can create individual employee accounts which allow workers to manage customers details online.

As a large travel company, The Travel Gurus have a number of different brands (Just Luxury Travel, Ibiza Departures, Sri Lanka Holidays) and the CRM allows them to send out quotations in different branding to any of their customers.

The CRM also allows them to create Teams of workers and monitor the performance of both individuals and teams as a whole.

Employee accounts also have a full online diary feature which allows them to schedule items. Other members of an employees team are also able to view items within another members diary and can communicate with each other through an online messaging system.
